Queen Victoria: Elegance and luxury perfectly combined.

From 5 May to 4 June, Queen Victoria entered dry dock for a partial refit at the Fincantieri shipyard in Palermo, Sicily. This included an upgraded and increased choice of staterooms, new Britannia Club dining, a broader and more distinct bar offering, a transformed sun deck, and several other new features.

Queens Grill Experience

A la carte menus encourage the most sublime culinary adventures, where service is only ever flawless and the ambience always perfectly refined.
Princess Grill
After a pre-dinner tipple in the exclusive Grills Lounge, P category guests prepare for the main event in the intimate Princess Grill on Deck 11. Over a single leisurely single seating, delicate flavors, textures and ingredients combine superbly on an imaginative a la carte menu, complemented by fine wines from the four corners of the globe.
Britannia Restaurant
Revel in the splendid nightly occasion of dining in the magnificent two-tiered Britannia Restaurant which pays glorious homage to the opulent dining salons from ocean travel's golden heyday. Pillars and art deco arches add decorative flourishes to a rich culinary experience, complemented by fine wines and attentive service. choose between an early sitting at 6pm or a late sitting at 8:30pm.
Offering a more casual, bright and airy ambience by day and night, this venue provides the perfect setting for a more relaxed dining experience. Each evening you will find a selection of dishes devoted to a specific theme, be it Italian, Indian or fondue.
The Verandah Restaurant
The new Verandah Restaurant on board Queen Victoria is a relaxed yet sophisticated alternative dining venue offering delicious contemporary French cuisine. With magical pairings of flavours, it is a culinary style that captures simplicity with style and excellence. Menus have been created by Culinary Ambassador Jean Marie Zimmermann.
Golden Lion Club
The Golden Lion is an authentic British pub with a great selection of beer and cider. This complements a traditional pub lunch menu with favourites such as cottage pie and fish and chips tot he standard you would expect.

The Night Nursery
The Night Nursery is open from 6.00pm to 11.00pm. This facility is available to children aged 12 months to 23 months and operates on a first come first served basis.

The Play Zone
The Play Zone is a permanently supervised play area, staffed by qualified early years staff, for children aged 1-7 years. Activities include arts, crafts, books, puzzles and variety of toys and computer games.

The Kids Zone
Supervised by Youth Staff, The Zone is an area designed for 8-12 year olds providing games and activities such as games consoles plus sport competitions, arts and crafts and scavenger hunts.

The Teen Zone
The Teen Zone is a club for the 13-17 year olds. Activities will include table tennis tournaments, team games and deck sports throughout the day, with pizza parties, discos, quizzes and bingo during the evenings.

It may be night time that most sets the Queen Victoria experience apart from other ships. For where else will you attend such dazzling affairs as a Black and White Ball, Royal Ascot Ball or Buccaneer Ball all in a setting as stunning as the Queens Room ballroom? Or catch a staged musical production in the Royal Court Theatre. You may want to save time for the Empire Casino or put on your dancing shoes at the Hemisphere Club.
The Commodore Club welcomes you each evening with soft relaxing music from Queen Victorias resident pianist.
Relax to the sounds of the Jazz band in the Chart Room while you savour pre dinner canapes and aperitifs.
String Quartet
The string quartet is the perfect accompaniment to white-gloved Afternoon Tea in the Queens Room and also sets the tone for the sparkling Royal Night Theme Balls.

Royal Court Theatre
Rising the height of three decks in reds and gold, the Royal Court Theatre is an already incredible venue. The first ever private boxes at sea add an extra dash of glamour to each dazzling show.
Watch lavish hi-tech musical productions performed by the Cunard Royal Dancers and Singers in the elegant two-deck Royal Court Theatre. Make it extra special and watch from one of the private boxes the first at sea!

Queens Room
Contemporary meets classic with an unmistakable sense of occasion. Cantilevered balconies, ornate frescos and backlit panels rise to the height of two decks. In the evening the room transforms into a sea of shimmering ball gowns for the Royal Nights Themed Balls.
Royal Night Theme Balls
Evenings boast another of Cunards finest traditions as guests take to the floor to enjoy elegant ballroom dancing with a mix of beats to accompany the glittering ball gowns and tuxedoed guests as they whirl and spin to the resident orchestra.

Pub Entertainment
Do you fancy yourself as an entertainer? Then join in the Karaoke in the Golden Lion.
The Golden Lion is the location for those who wish to test their minds in the nightly Pub Quiz.

In warm weather, deck 9 is the place to be with a choice of two inviting swimming pools. Pampering is par for the course too, with four whirlpools and a range of indulgent treatments in the Cunard Royal Spa & Fitness Centre. The public rooms include the card room and for relaxation of the mind, browse an array of titles in the library where rich wood panelling, stained glass and a spiral staircase create a haven of tranquillity.

Cunard invite its guest winemaker to pair their wines with a lavish tasting menu, designed to celebrate the best of food and drink on board. The dinners are expertly hosted by the Executive Chef in partnership with the winemaker and will be held in Verandah Restaurant. Please note a cover charge applies.
Wine Packages
The expert Sommeliers have hand-picked a range of fine wines from around the world to create a bespoke collection of Premium and Classic Cunard Wine Packages. Each package comprises of distinctly different wines but for those who would prefer to tailor-make their own selection, Cunard also offers two flexible options with the Commodore''s and Captain''s Collections.
